STEP 1: FREE CONSULTATION

Before customers start their meal-program they meet with a Fed Up Kitchen representative to discuss their goals, food preferences and allergies. This enables us to plan the perfect healthy meal program for each individual.

STEP 2: MEALS ARE PREPARED FRESH

Meals are prepared fresh by the chef with hand-selected nutritional whole foods.

STEP 3: PICK UP

Customers are assigned two pick-up days per week and are invited to stop by their chosen established times to pick up their delicious meals.

STEP 4: ENJOY!

Pure, healthy, and delicious meals are ready to eat!

Our Story

Linzie Clawson has a passion for healthy living. Just eight years ago she was a full-time mother, working endless hours as a server to provide for her young family. Despite having almost every minute of every day spoken for, Linzie created homemade, healthy meals that helped her kids grow and allowed her to maintain the lifestyle she loved. Before she knew it, she was cooking for her friends…then her friends’ friends. And the community kept growing. The people who ate her meals couldn’t help but spread the word. Eventually, she began empowering other women to open their own Fed Up Kitchens. From that, a healthy, happy and energetic family of like-minded owners was born. Our goal is to continue growing the Fed Up Kitchen family and help the communities around us Eat Better, Feel Better, Live Better
